Notice: no page numbers

A unique and excellent book, but a book like this needs page numbers or it can't conveniently be cited. Five stars for the book itself, which contains a lot of careful, ingenious, and philosophically insightful writing. But only four stars for the Kindle edition because it is not useful for scholarly work.
